For those of us who rent, Charter Pointe is by far the best I have seen. The complex is open, clean and well maintained. The leasing staff works very hard to make your life the best they can. Daniella is a dream she takes care of all concerns and issues promptly. The grounds are well landscaped and clean. The surronding neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. You can sit on you patio/balcony and relax after a hard day and enjoy the peace and quiet. They are very pet friendly and maintenance is the best always get it done right the first time and are quick to respond. Everyone here is friendly and respectful of you and your property. I love it here and would recommend it to anyone.
