I'd say good.

Honestly, I would have to say that over all these apartments are great. I ended up moving in with my boy friend that was already living here. We've been here 2 years now, and I dont really have any complaints that are major. There's like, 2 laundry rooms, and they arent that clean, but the maintenance people try to keep up with them, and you can tell. If the machines dont work, you can go to the office, and they give you the money back. The big people pools and kiddy pool are great! The grounds would be okay if it wasnt for the fact that the other renters allow their dogs to crap every where (side walks included). Other renters also think its ok to litter, but the maintenance people clean that up almost daily. I have made a complaint against a renter who let her dogs poop on the side walk (and everywhere else) with out ever cleaning up. I think it was that day the management let her know that was not okay in any way. The management is really nice, and for the most part, helpful, they do have their moments though when they arent. When our apartment flooded, they reimbursed us for some massive energy bills caused by the whole clean up process and mold treatment. Even though it was after hours when the water main broke under our apartment, the maintenance people were at our apartment with in 30 minutes. The management even moved us into the model apartment. The people they contracted to fix the water main however did a horrid job patching the holes they broke into our floor (trying to find the main that burst), so now there are little "hills" in our living room. When we had to complain about a neighbor -whos favorite past time was being drunk and loud- to the management, they gave him a warning to stop, or leave (he stopped). The only thing the management has not done a darn thing about is the chain smoker next door. The guy smokes so much that when I come home, it smells like an ash tray in my apartment, I still think one day there was actual smoke in my apartment. I'm not a smoker and have some issues breathing, so this is a real problem. The only solution I have found is to plug in air fresheners in every room. Ive tried talking the guy next door, but he doesnt care. They finally tore down the decrepit fences on the porches, and are replacing them with extremely nice screened enclosures; I can't wait for mine to be installed. Any request for repairs has been taken care of that day, no cost. Pest control comes once a month and you know well in advance when their spraying as its the same time every month, and posted on the community calendar that you get every month! The counter tops and cabinets really do need to be replaced, and the cleaning people don't do that great of a job before you move in, but you know, I disinfect everything before I move myself in anyway, so it didnt matter. Carpets were great! NO BUGS. We had a problem the first week we moved into this unit, I spoke with the pest control guy (he was scheduled to come the same week we moved in so it worked great), and I've seen maybe 2 little bugs, and 1 big bug since then, but that was only because I had left the doors and windows open (I think).
