The apartments are very quiet. I've been living here since February and have only heard one party. I walk my dogs frequently at all hours of the night and morning without a problem. Neighbors are quiet. There is a train but I only hear it when I'm outside walking the dogs. The other person complaining must live nearer to the tracks. I'm on the other side. Neighbors are nice. I haven't seen any gang activity or anything questionable. I'm a young woman living alone and haven't even seen a cop questioning anyone. I don't know what the other person is talking about. However, I do live above a cop so maybe that helps me out. I do think the renovations done to the apartment when I moved in were done at the lowest cost to the apartment complex. I mean there are still glow in the dark stars on the ceiling of my second bedroom from the previous resident which just proves how thorough of a job was done when cleaning it. Maintenance is pretty quick when responding to issues. However, I have an old dishwasher that doesn't do a good job cleaning dishes. It's cheaper to just wash them by hand rather then send them through the dishwasher 2-3 times. There is always plenty of parking. I almost always get "my parking space." Seems safe, I always see car windows down. overall, It's a nice, quiet, neighborhood. The interior isn't too nice but I was really just looking for a safe place to live and walk my dogs at night.

I am moving from NJ in a few months and will be renting here. Would you mind me asking what your average utility costs are per month? I understand if you dont want to give that information out, I am finding no one wants to. Thanks!
