Prepare for an incredibly high electric bill in the summer- there is no insulation in these apartments, and despite many calls about the ac unit- our electric bill still got up to $330 over the summer- for a 1000 square foot apartment. The molding and fixtures are falling apart- and the carpet is the cheapest possible carpet you could have. It is not worth the money you pay to live here. I live on the first floor and can here my upstairs neighbors walk around, i can hear them vacuum, and run the washer. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
