It's a great complex, if you have the time. That is, the time to sift through all the lies you catch the office staff in! The time to fight to get repairs made. If this complex were a court of law, the motto would be guilty until proven innocent. After 5 months of waiting to get a non-functioning appliance repaired, they finally had to replace it, because the maintenance staff broke it while trying to repair it, and it took another 3 weeks to get the new one. CLK MultiFamily Management, the parent company, also should request psychiatric evaluations on the office staff. Not only does each one have multiple personalities, but they also believe the lies they tell to be truth. The manager, Susan, is the worst one with the lies. Also, she will make you feel unwelcome when you do stop in to the office, by asking in a rude tone, why you keep coming in. She's like a bait & switch manager. All nicey nice untill you sign the lease, then look out!

I agree with all of the above. I have to say the end of my lease, two months, cannot come soon enough. Problems from the very day I moved in that persist. AC unit was not working from day one. They have fixed it, so it works, but it continues to have problems. I have a serious mold problem that at first, they refused to believe, claiming they had NO idea what I was talking about. I am no scientist but even a person with half a sense of smell and eye sight can clearly see the mold, which they claim was just dust, cat hair, and black paint. I personally never saw black paint the shade of a blue-ish green with a chunky texture that even reaked like mildew to the point I was going to the doctor for a chronic cough. Oh Yea, and this month (October) I recieved my electric bill, $238. I live in a studio by myself. This is going to be a fun one to battle out with them. So far, the mold problem they claimed, was something I made up to break out of my lease early. And yea, when you go into the office, Susan acts like you are bothering her, very rude and treats you that way as well as condescendingly in front of other people.
