the Staff here made me feel like I was inconveniencing them every time I came in, and I had to come in often because as soon as I moved in there were problems, that never got fixed because maintenance never came. I lived in the same place and as i moved out problems I had the day I moved in were still not fixed, and I got charged for them. The apartment manager Susan, I so rude every time she called me. She even came to my door, and asked me if I called her a swear word! Harassing me at my home and leaving me rude messages, all because My house was flooding and after repeated attempts to get the office staff and maintenance to help, I had to go above their heads and contact CLK Management. The train is loud, the apartments are old and not well taken care of. The place, and the staff are completely ridiculous. The sad thing is this could be a great place to live if CLK got new staff, and cared about the people living here. Look somewhere else. Pretty on the outside, corrupt on the inside.

The sad part is, this is so true. Susan, the manager, is very rude, and the maintenance work never seems to be completed in 24 to 48 hours like they promise when you move in. Look elsewhere unless you get some guarantees in writing with Susan's signature on them.

susan can be crabby and amy too. you have to stay on them. it took a month (from july 5-aug. 9) to get my ac fixed, and i had a 12 day old baby to consider. they took the cheap way the first few times and ended up having to replace the entire unit, but as i said, you have to stay on them, thats how i got things done.

I agree with this. We lived there from 11/2002 until 6/2007 had to constently get on management to do maintenance. Had a 2/2 and the master bath drain broke. We couldn't get anybody to fix it for 4 months still wasn't fixed when we moved. They are so rude that they won't even call a mortgage company back to verify that you lived there and paid rent on time for the entire 4 years. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Wow, I'm amazed at all of the responses to my rant! Now I know I'm not the only one. it amazes me that these people are still employed. If CLK Management cared enough and even read any of these complaints they should think about hiring an entire new staff! With the economy the way it is I'm sure there are lots of thoughtful caring experienced staff to fill their ridiculously rude and nasty shoes!!
