I have 2 young kids, and this place is quiet. Occasionally, you get a night party on the weekend, but basically it is quiet. The upkeep of the place needs a little work (leaves everywhere), but I don't believe most of what is said about the maintenance staff (which I believe most of the problems were due to them being shorthanded on maintenance). Everytime I have had a maintenance problem, the problem was taken care of in a mannerly time. They won't raise your rent much when it comes time to renew either. They are a little old, but if your looking for a reasonable rate, they are the place to be.
