We lived here a few years back and all of the names that other reviews mention sound like the same people we dealt with. Never had a problem with them, in fact we were relocating and they were very accommodating with getting papers back and forth and setting things up via phone/mail which is more than most places seemed willing to do. Only needed maintenance on a few occasions, one being in the winter on one of the very few days we needed to run the heater. It ran all night and the inside temperature was above 90 degrees and would not turn off. They were very prompt in responding and explained what they were doing. Also very friendly whenever coming by for pest control. I always felt very safe too, when I was home alone or coming and going to school at all hours. Occasionally heard our neighbors but mainly just the usual walking around, or could hear water running if in the bathroom. Loved having 2 pools and the park and being so close to so much, but I won't miss the trains.

Trains? Is there a train track near by that makes a lot of noise?
