the staff is always helpful!! the view is the best with all the trees and the lake is peacfull. the apartments are very acomendating.

This is more than likely a response from the staff. They seem just as educated i.e. peacfull (peaceful), accomendating (accommodating). Or maybe one of the drunks described in the other reviews.
