I have to agree with the previous poster who mentioned the apartment complex has gone down hill. There are a lot of empty units and the quality of folks they rent to is very suspect. Also - the crime stats for this complex reflect this - go to www.aspd.org and look under community - the stats for the multi family complexes in Altamonte are listed there....Chatham Harbor is one of the worst crime wise. The maintenance staff does a fair job in keeping the trash picked up - the tenants are chronically throwing their trash ALONGSIDE the dumpster instead of in it. The complex considers itself pet-friendly, but there are a lot of unfriendly pets here. Rules are not enforced - aggressive dogs off the leash by trashy owners, children in the gym unsupervised... poor lighting in the parking lot. Please consider your options carefully before picking this place... I wouldn't recommend it.
