Serious Renters,
Interior Stucture: Prison like. Very tight and cramped corners.
Bathrooms: hope you like getting scalded when someone turns on any fausets while taking a shower...yeeeoouch!
Carpet: smells like crap and animal hair.
Parkinglot: was designed by master thief, to Harbor crime.
Pools: after a dip get all your shots up to date.
Police Department: purplexed slackers.
Neighbors: Pitbulls, Rotties, crap gnats, Bats, car thieves, loud mufflers/car stereos...need proof' stop by anytime.
Hope you find a building manager when you need one.
To bums: may you all enjoy the fires of hell when the pearly gate hits you where the good lord split you.
On the plus side, it is close to malls and schools. Parking is not too crowded. Most of the neighbors are friendly. Kids keep it down after dark. Most staff members last less then a year. Maintenence do a fair job coping with so many problems. Tho apartments that get trashed take a year to get resorted.
Now there is a volunteer crime watch to strike back against rif-raf. So feel free to call dispatch anytime you see or hear anything strange in the day or night @407-339-2441 or 407-571-8240. They love to hear from former or currant residents about possible crimes or real bad situations.
Somethings that may improve the Chatham Harbor greatly would be a working security gate, better lighting, the woods in the back cleared,"water front" garbage cleaned out of "water front"(drainage ditch), trash actually going into the dumpsters, "Cheers" bar relocating to a more appropriate location away from children and schools, and strict enforcement of the "no attack dogs allowed" policy!
