LITERALLY, I COULD NOT TELL WHAT WAS WORSE THE SMELL OF THE DOG S#*! EVERY TIME I OPENED THE DOOR OR THE SMELL OF MY NEIGHBORS THRU THE WALLS! IF YOU PLAN ON MOVING HERE I HOPE YOU BRING SOMETHING TO HELP YOU SLEEP BECAUSE THE DOGS WILL KEEP YOU UP ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT!PLEASE DON'T FALL VICTIM TO THE SMILES IN THE OFFICE BECAUSE BELEIVE ME ANY PROBLEMS YOU HAVE AFTER YOU SIGN A LEASE YOU WON'T DEAL WITH THEM BUT BE TOLD TO CALL THE POLICE.ONLY BECAUSE THAT'S HOW BAD THE PROBLEMS ARE THE OFFICE STAFF WONT EVEN DEAL WITH THEM!OH ONE LAST THING IF YOU HAVE SMALL CHILDREN BE VERY AWARE OF THEM AT ALL TIMES(ESPECIALLY GIRLS)

I agree, this place is all smiles until after you sign the lease then all of a sudden, they cant do anything to help, there are pacifiers beer cans,childrens underwear(yes scarry), and trash all around the complex, the front office likes to brush things off and thinks that you a dumb-ass that will see the smile and forget about it all, but most people arent that dumb. Its very fake how they are, and sad. Everyone in the complex has a big staring problem and its kind of uncomfortable. Nobody says hi just stares at you. Maybe its because altamonte springs is a dump, and full of trash and Ohio/New Jersey weirdos that move here everyday! and the latin population that is growing way too fast,along with the crime they bring along with them. Oh well. Just lock your doors and your car.

Dear Headache: Nobody forced your hand to sign a lease there. If certain things bother you that the Police deem as "criminal mischief" then maybe you can take the matter up in court and sue. There are no open areas to allow dogs to releave themselves thanks to the storage facility next door that thieves enjoy truspassing to get into "criminal mischief". If a dog is distrupting your life, simply ask the owners what can be done to make you feel more comfortable. If you see garbage, chances are if you take the time to take care of it, you won't see it again. If certain areas are used constantly for dumping trash, chances are you might make contact with those responsible for doing the dirty deeds. Ask them politely you would apreciate it if they stop trashing up your home. A smile is nothing to "fall victim to" if done in sincerity. You are the one paying to live there not the office staff. You are their boss & they should stoop to your every need. Not visa versa. And, "young girls" are more trouble to young boys or their parents, if you have problems with them take it up with the parents or call the cops immediately. Talk to the management about getting some security systems to be put in place to avoid "criminal mischief". See what the local police departments can do other then just rolling thru at odd hours at night for no apparent reason other then to shine lights on buildings.
