Nice place maintenence is SUper Quick and do a good job at fixing things.

Front office is ok they get the job done and thats all i ask for, the lake is beautiful and ducks and turtles hang out all day in plain view so its relaxing. The spa is clean and so are the pools. Quiet apartments and no loitering in the complex,. Very Good Feature and hard to find for altamonte.

Yea its got to be that ----- april or someone else in that PMS'y office staff. This isnt true, see for youself drive by at night, any night is suitable, youll see the -------- for what it is.

whats the real story behind this complex i hear alot of complainning but I DON'T HEAR ANYBODY INCLUDING YOU THE TENNANTS DOING ANYTHING ABOUT THE LOUD MUSIC...OR ROWDY CROWDS...FIRST CLEANUP YOUR OWN ACT BEFORE YOU CRITICIZE ANYONE ELSE...ETC...
