This place seemed like a "good deal" from the move-in special. 1st month free rent. guess they do this to attract people to the rental property. been there over a year now. where do i begin'
INTERIOR:
it was new carpets which was nice. the paint on the walls looks like they were done by 3yr olds. appliances constantly broke down. cabinets look like particle board. the "walk-in closet" is a bunch of crap since there is nothing to walk into when your clothes are hung up.
The blinds on the windows are all old and dusty, and the screens on the window were never washed and extremely dusty.
Pest control sucks and there are always nasty bugs creeping through the cracks...and i am very clean. The walls are horrible and you can hear everything. I always hear the people above me having sex no matter who lived there.
EXTERIOR
doesnt look too bad when you drive by, but take a closer look. this place gets flooded with pizza guys leaving stupid flyers on the door, and the neighbors just throw them and leave them on the ground. beer bottles and dog crap everywhere.
NOISE & CULTURE
Want to get a good night sleep' TOO BAD!
Prepare to hear your neighbors run up and down stairs screaming every day and night. oh yea and if its not happening in your building, you can still hear it from the adjacent ones. I can hear little kids crying all the time. between 7am-8am everyday the stupid fat kids in my building DRAG their backpacks on the wood walkway outside my bedroom window and run back and screaming.
The "grown-ups" seem like recovering crackheads and white trash. All seem to also be single parents with 20 kids. A LOT of them are convicted criminals. check out seminole country sheriff's department website and you can look up criminals by street. feel free to punch in nantucket ct, cape code lane, new england ct.
CHEERS
Has a bar in there called cheers. biggest white trash redneck bar in the world. its so smoky in their and the bartenders are all nasty WT's that attract nothing but their kind.
PARKING AND AMENITIES
"oh yea we have 2 swimming pools, laundry facility, volleyball, lake, racquetball court! youll love it!"
Kiss my @##!!!! 1st off, parking sucks. wtf is with all these stupid run down boats and jetskis' they dont even belong in a junkyard let alone the place where i need to park my car. everyone doubleparks and pulls right up next to your door. speed bumps are the size of mount everest. and if someone parks across from my window and leaves at night, its like a UFO shining through my window! way too many cars, and people drive like jackasses. i always have to park in the back to make sure my car is safe from other vehicles.
Volleyball court has rocks and sticks in it. oh yea and lot of duck crap there too. i can throw a rock across the lake and hit another apartment building. tiny stupid lake. im also bummed out that ive never seen a gator there either, even though the sign says there is one.
indoor racquetball is flooded, has spraypaint, and underwear that looks like it came off a 15 yr old just chillin.
The swimming pools are nasty. always got these dirty kids swimming in it and probably peeing in it too.

Well i hope i didnt leave anything out! cant wait to move out next month! i hate you chatham harbor, and oh yea if anyone moves there watch out for the guy with a limp and a cane walkin around. he is senile and thinks he owns the property.
