Above sentence states it all.

We were incessantly lied to by the office staff. No wonder we weren't allowed to see our apartment prior to lease signing, it was nothing like the model apartment. I was only 5 minutes into my walk through inspection and found myself asking for another apartment assignment as ours was in deplorable condition. Of course the response was "Sorry, you've signed a lease for this unit and here's where you'll stay for a year". Gee thanks.

HORRIBLE Managment, if you could actually call them that.

Many, Many major unfixed problems(flooded kitchen for 5 months, major pest control problems)All of the promised rent credits never culminated.

The one maintenance man who was ever worth anything, Rick, was mysteriously "gone to another property" after he helped us and our neighbors out by fixing our things properly, without managements consent.

The amount of riff raff that was allowed to move in the last 6 months of 2001 created a very unsafe feeling environment.

The noise level was absolutely unbelievable & unbearable. Keeping a normal sleeping schedule (11pm-6am) was next to impossible.

The "outside amenities" never worked. The hot tub next to our apartment was working exactly on one occasion in the entire year we lived there. The pay car wash was always out of soap, broken mailboxes, etc

I would never recommend this property to anyone.
