THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! Lost my rent. Trash working in the office. Annoying, loud teenagers with foul mouths running all over the place. Teenage girls with their stomachs hanging out all over the place. Scummy neighbors. Walls are super thin. Looks like there are drug deals going on around here. Mostly young crowd...and not for individuals who want quiet. Scary noises at night and never felt safe in the apt alone. Had bugs everywhere...ones I've never seen before. Had a "Water View" which meant a view of a merky pond with trash in it. WOOOHOO...

Another question here: Obviously we can't walk 10 feet in the entire Orlando-Metro area without seeing fat chicks with their stomach hanging out, loud kids, puerto ricans or white trash - that's the way it is here. I am trying to find out an accurate view of this apartment complex and I see the same people writing over and over and also calling each other names in one review. It seems to me that if every one of you live there and hate it so much, MOVE. There may not be as many apartments as we would like available but I know where some are that are a little more expensive but there is no crime. However, as crappy as ALL kids these days (and their tramp moms) seem to dress, you won't get away from that. Why can't you speak face to face to these people that bother you? I would tell the first fat kid dragging their backpack to pick it the hell up, I do that where I live now and have no problems. Just sounds like most of you complain to the wrong epople and don't do anything to help your own cause. I could be wrong, and that's okay, but that's what I am beginning to think.

Excusemebut thin walls and poor builsing structure cannot be fixed, its permanant, and we can hear everything that goeson aroundus fromsnoring to , talking, and cabinets etc. you cannot get a goodnights sleep any night. Bad news. Sure we can complain, but what good would that do.nothing. The fat teens with their stomaches hanging out , its true, all over the complex, its NOT common and only happens here and trashier areas. So as far as speaking "faceto face" well that would be nice but i tried it, many times, and what happened,i got doors slammed in my face, and threats, because only trash lives here. I did it nicely too, but nothing happened. I would not wantto get beat up or shot so ill just keep to myself. You can live here and complain all day, good luck.
