Im sick of these ignorant little ricans walking around like they are iportant or are helping society with their gangster ways and ignorant vocabulary skills, and HORENDOUs Reggeton, its just plain garbage. Im not racist i just see nothting but Over the top proud ricans , riding around like every day is the puerto rican parade, ITS NOT NEW YORK HONEY! THIS IS ORLANDO,fl, United States.
Secondly:
No Puerto Rico is NOT part of the United STATES of america, it is an associated "territory" and therefore cannot be priviliged (thank god) with voting for the president, of the USA. It is not a state!
So take your 10 thousand flags all over your car and go back, your not welcomed here , get your "culture" straitened out, wipe those dirty looks on your face, im getting sick of it. If you love and are so proud of puerto rico so much then GO BACK.
There is nothing to be proud of there and thats why you came here, so admit it.Unless your proud of poverty and over population I am proud of my country but im not a 10 yr old about it and feel the need to cover my car in flags, or dress in my flag with my daily attire, its because im not an idiot like you. You people need to learn how to respect others, who do not enjoy hearing your reggae music at all hours of the night, dont you have any consideration, wait no your dont.
Sure i might have german and italian in me but i dont go around like its the german or italian day parade everyday. Grow Up, and get out !

Are you stupid??? No matter how much you want to be an american, it will never happen, you must be born in the US to be an american, you idiot. And of course Puerto Rico is NOT part of the US, it is an ASSOCIATED TERRITORY, so my friend, You are the one who needs to "Look it Up" You people amaze me, just stop , pack up and go back! P.s Read This, its the definition of a Natural Born Citizen: persons that have been citizens since birth by virtue of having been born IN THE UNITED STATES or born to a UNITED STATES CITIZEN (or citizens)must be born in the US THAT clearly states what im saying, |

TO PUERTORICANBITCH, (perfect name by the way it suits you) Are you seriously trying to say that puertoricans (living in PR) born after 1898 and prior to 1899 were declared natural born citezens, because if so, you are very wrong on your history and facts. The above writer, is correct, You must be born in the US in order to be a american citizen. And as far as being a natural born citizen, the above writer is totally correct. You, Puertoricanbitch, are not. |

The Jones-Shafroth Act (1917) for Puerto Rico or the 1917 amendments to the "Organic Act of Puerto Rico," amended the Foraker Act of 1900. (This Act applies only to Puerto Rico).
This act conferred United States citizenship on all citizens of Puerto Rico and revised the system of government in Puerto Rico. In some respects, the governmental structure paralleled that of a state of the United States. Powers were separated among an Executive, Judicial, and Legislative branch. The law also recognized certain civil rights to be observed by the government of Puerto Rico (although trial by jury, which did not exist in Puerto Rico's civil law system, was not among them).
