I'm not sure where all these other people live, but I've lived here for two years now and haven't had any major problems. The staff is friendly, maintenance responds quickly and the tenants are friendly. I'm a single mom and I feel completely safe here.

The real deal:
Occasionally I will have to park a little ways from my apartment because the parking lot is full. Usually in the late evenings.

The dumpsters overflow often, but they are picked up regularly and the maintenance staff makes sure the overflow doesn't lay around the dumpster looking unsightly.

Some kids do hang out in the parking lot skateboarding, but I've never had a problem with them. Kids do wander around the complex, but they're kids...where else are they supposed to go' I've never had a problem with them. Sometimes they can be loud at the pool, but it never lasts for long.

I rarely hear loud music either from other apts. or from cars in the parking lot.

Crime is not a problem here.

Yes, the community is "diverse" but if you're not a racist xenophobe then you shouldn't have a problem because the people are friendly and easy to live around.

Sound travels easily from apartment to apartment through the air conditioning ducts, but the noise level has never been too loud so it's not an issue for me.

My biggest beef with the place is that the "dog poop" rule is not enforced. People do not clean up after their dogs and it makes walking in any grassy areas a hazard...including the lake area.

Most of the things people are saying here just simply aren't true. I can only assume that they are people who were evicted and have an agenda against the place.

For the price you can't beat living here.

Good school district!!

If you yell (and the moron that lived below me was the president of the loud speakers of america... and racist? yes. anyone with an I Q of less than 80 should NOT have been allowed to rent in this place. anyone above 80 and below 100 becomes management fodder..... Who cares about dog poo and garbage? The place stinks as it is. The people wear "wife beaters". No. This place should have a sign out side with one word : :::: Beware ::::

Are you serious? I am not racist nor have I been evicted. Everything that I posted is true. I've had nothing but problems from this place. My car has been broken into, twice. The people that live below us are always screaming and beating their children. You're right-- it's a great place to live. Not.

If your car has been broken into twice then you need to check the people you hang out with because im sure that would have happened no matter where you live. The real deal mixedmedia posted is just as it is. Ive been here for over a year and had no problems except for having somebody spray paint the grill of my car which gate or not they still could have walked in and done it. And what the hell does "wife beaters" have to do with anything? Talking about iq's, you are the one that sounds like a moron.
