i made the mistake of moving back in here after leaving once before. The staff are rude dirty and give you nothing but excuses and "bs" when you have a problem. need another reason not to live here our electirc bill for the summer months was over 350 for 3 consecutive months. when i asked the maintenance tech to come check it out he looked at my thermostat and said that i had set it to low ( 78 degrees) that was the problem. he said i needed to set it on 85 if i wanted a reasonable bill. the grounds are dirty and insect ridden. my car has been broken into twice, my wife is scared to walk our dog after sunset because of the houligans running about. I can't think of a worse place to live we are out as soon as we can get enough money saved up. don't be fooled by the specials they will throw at you to rent here unless it is free for 3/4 of your lease then you might get what you pay for.

The noise is outrageous. People running and jumping on the stairs knocked a picture off the wall in my bedroom. I can hear every foot step from the apartment above. They awake at 5:15 in the morning. I am getting very concerned about my safety because of the roaming groups of teenagers. Car broken into once. Shower door is corroding. I'll be moving when my lease is up.
