I have lived here for 8 months and it has been total hell. Maintenance is very poor I have had prblems since I moved in,I have a brand new refrigerator and the ice maker has leaked all over the floor since day 1, maintenance has been out at least 10 times to fix it and it still leaks on the floor, my last encounter they told me that 7-11 has ice. Nice guys!! My brand new dishwasher was leaking due to an improper hook up which caused mold to grow under my sink and in my pantry and maintenances way to fix it was not to clean it but to put another plywood board under the sink. The teenagers that run around here are destructive and have nothing to fear because management won't do anything about them. What ever happened to parents being responsible for their childrens actions''' I have watched them trash the #2 pool on too many occasions to mention, anything from throwing all the pool chairs into the pool to throwing a garabage can in, smoking pot and just being -------s. I understand kids will be kids but this is out of hand. When will this be under control. The police department is here everyday and into the night because there is no control. I watched a maintenance keeper last week leaf blow the entire pool area and he looked at the diving board the kids had made out of the lounge chairs and just walked away. I guess if the decent residents want to use the pool we have to clean up after these kids. My daughters bike was stolen and when I conforted the kids who took it I got the reply "Good luck finding it", I found a pedal to it up by the main office. There is a 14 year old here on house arrest, for beating up his friend, makes me feel safe. The management here tells you what you want to hear and then blows it off. Has anyone noticed the amount of people moving out and not giving a notice, at this point they probably don't care about the penalty fee just to get out. I know that is the point I am at. My neighbors slam their door so loud the it shakes the entire building, not fun at 11pm. I have kids and they won't even go outside after the sun goes down because the "bad kids are out there". The gates that were supposed to be working on the6th of June and no later are still not operational. Why did we have to have our key cards picked up if they aren't even working'' They also have a problem with non-residents stopping by all hours of the day to use our pools and whne you call the office about it nothing is done yet again. Why am I surpised''' This is not the place to live if you are a decent person with morals. They only thing living here is disrespectful, ignorant people. Don't move here!!!
