I have lived here for almost a year. The people in the office could care less. The people that work the desks are less than helpful and the managers are rude and also careless about you or your problems. They have changed their policy on accepting credt/debit cards each month and never tell you so that has made my rent late 2 times!! Do they care' No!!! Maintenance has made an effort but i got a new fridge when i moved in and it also leaked all over the floor. Just like another reviewer wrote my ac also runs constantly and cools poorly. Crazy electric bills!!!! almost 200 dollars for a 1000 sq foot apartment!!!! They told me i had anew hot water heater but yet if 2 people try to shower it is out of hot water and takes hours to get it back. I would not live here if i had an option. For the rent the apartments are small and have very little storage. the closests are a joke and the bathrooms are not in the best of conditions!!! Oh and the lawn crew likes to blow mulch onto your porch and leave a huge mess all over your outdoor furniture and property and they like to do work at 7am even on the weekends!!!

OMG I totally agree! I can't even take a 10 min hot shower w/out my water getting cold! Its supposed to be 40 gal but I've tested it. Checked the water meter ran from my bathroom to the meter when the water went cold and it had only used about 25 gal but according to Isabel it's because we have such high water pressure..yeah ok whatever! I hate this place!
