I was going to hold my tongue about this, but the staff has pissed me off one too many times...

This place is a complete nightmare. I do not feel safe walking around this apartment complex alone at night. The staff is completely clueless and couldn't care less about your issues with the apartment. I have been aggressively confronted and hit on by creeps while living here. The maintenance staff is completely underqualified and also borderline creepy. They called someone in to have my shower tiled over (the outside work did a wonderful job), but a week later, someone knocked on my door with a shower rod. HOW THE HECK DID THEY THINK I WOULD BE OKAY WITHOUT A SHOWER ROD FOR A WEEK'! Needless to say, I went out and got mine the same day the tile guys finished their work. These people are complete morons, and I wouldn't wish this kind of service on anyone. Their standards are so low!

Not to mention, the residents in this complex are completely incapable of picking up after their dogs (MOSTLY PITBULLS, though they tried to tell me I couldn't bring my Belgian Tervuren in because he looked like a shepherd... idiots). It's like walking through a ****ing mine field!

I'm not sure what part of the complex you live in but I agree with you overall. We're in the front part and even parking is ridiculous. Upon complaining to the office the response is that there is enough parking and if you someone that doesn't live there to let them know. How the heck is that my job to keep an eye on the parking? Maybe if the GATES ever worked they could keep some control. I've stepped in dog poop many times and needless to say I have neighbors around me with small dogs that never pick up. Plus I can see the courtyard area from my place and you constantly see people walking their dogs without picking up after them.

I am glad to see they have stopped the violent criminals from living there. And based on your comments, the loud music and the 9:30 police visits have ceased!!!!!

Original Poster here: I have had to call the police because of noise problems, actually. The windows in this complex may as well be made out of cellophane. You can hear every word if someone is yakking on their back porch. There are still tons of ricers making all kinds of noise at the wee hours of the night. Not to mention, my neighbors have a penchant for playing reggaeton as loud as their Walmart stereo systems will permit...
