Are you a reasonably intelligent, normal, non-violent individual with expectations of a nice home, comfortable environment, and happy surroundings' Well then stay the heck away from Chatham Harbor!!! If you have any brain power you will quickly see that this complex is falling apart at the seams. Filthy urchins roam the streets at all hours of the day, the police are intimately familiar with the layout of the complex and the apartments themselves, and the leasing office is run by a group of people who are complete indifferent to their occupants.

There are residents here that look like they might have been in prison and many people let their animals use the bathroom wherever and don t pick it up. In two years, I ve never used the swimming pool for fear of being infected with something contagious or else impregnated with some kind of monster.

Dont be fooled by the good deals you will be promised for moving in. If you are white, or look like you have a job, you will pay up to $300 more a month than your neighbors. The staff also doesn t report maintenance problems; it affects their bonuses. Personally, I don t want maintenance in my apartment anyways because they are a creepy looking bunch.

You are only allowed two people in each bedroom, but Ive started considering the roaches and bats as additional occupants. If they paid just a tiny part of the overpriced rent; I would have enough money for high gas prices. And speaking of gas its common to come out of your apartment in the morning to find that dirty immigrants have siphoned the fuel out of your vehicle. Nice, huh' And they enjoy invading your home as well. Its happened to me before and Im sure its only a matter of time before it happens again.

In closing, I would say to make sure you have your HAZMAT suit with you at the time of move-in; you dont want to breathe in any of the mold coming up through the floors in your bathroom. Also, I hope that you speak a language other than English because you are going to want to know what your attackers are saying while they are invading your home. Just a thought.
