I've been living here at the formerly known as Creekwood, now Altamonte Villa Apartments for a couple month. They were purchased a couple months ago by another company, anyway long story short everyone was fired, i do not see a single person from the old management team and let me tell you I LOVE IT!
the old management company was so stingy, nonchalant about tenants complaints.
the new people i call they listen and fix my problem. pest control is free. and they came in and fixed all the shady jobs the all maintenance guy had done.
i had signed only a 3 month lease, but now that i see things are shaping up i am going to get a full year.
