Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
I have lived there for 3 years and its the best that I have seen. Very much worth it for the affordable prices. No water or sewage fee for which I pay 50 bucks a month at my current place. 4 tennis courts (lighted), car wash with water/soap. The only problem I have seen is that electric bill used to run high if staying in top floor. Its is also very close to all the commercial places. The best part I like is close driving distance to publix complex & pizza hut etc...without any traffic lights.
