Out of all the apartments within 15 mi radius this is the best one! Located in close proximity to Altamonte Mall, SR464 and I-4, shopping centers, restaurants, park, hospital, schools, etc. At the same time so secluded that you don't get all of this major highway noise. There is a huge lake on the back with plenty of room for dogs to run around, have a picnic on the grass, jet ski, water-ski or just get on a boat and float around. People are really nice and friendly, management is very helpful. Four lit tennis courts, volleyball court, outside grills, 2 pools, Jacuzzi, workout room. Landscape is really nicely taken care of. Overall, this is probably the best apparent complex to live in Altamonte Springs!
