I lived at Lakepointe Apartments for over 3 years. My first apartment was fine, until the hurricanes came last summer, i had major leaks in my walls that were never fixed properly. It wasn't that big of a deal, because i had made the decision to move to a 2 bedroom already. I moved and thats when everything went down hill. I rented a washer and dryer, that I paid for, and they delivered it almost a month later, but wouldn't refund my money. The apartment above me had a water leak in the bathroom, and it wasn't fixed in a timely manner. Their 24 hour maintenence policy doesn't mean they will fix even the smallest of issues, all it means is that they will show up, to only have to have to return several times to actually fix it. They also switched landscaping companies, they only mow 1/2 the grass, and it is left to overgrow like the amazon, lastly, the landscapers love to blow all the cut grass all over my patio. I am so glad i finally had the sense to leave
