This place is a joke. You'd think with what you pay for rent that they'd be reasonably fair about your deposit. Not only did they keep my $250, now that are charging me an additional $50 for "damages" I am not responsible for. I took great care of the place and these damages were there before I even moved in they're noted on the check-in inventory! And they have no proof! So apparently it's my problem now. The lady at the main office is a pain to deal with. Even after sending a letter of dispute, they continue to send collection bills without resolving the issue. They are not supposed to continue to collect once a claim is in dispute. Do yourself a favor and skip this place!!!
