I lived in The Landing for over a year and a half with no incident. Lately however, things have been going downhill. Not once did I ever hear any of my neighbors, but now, not a day goes by that I don't hear something from the people below or somebody else in the building. It usually comes from one of two apartments. I guess I just had quiet neighbors before as other people I talked to in the complex complained about the noise a lot. Whenever there is a problem such as noise, the management won't do much more than put a flyer on everybody's door stating the problems and their rules. This rarely does much to solve the problem. I like the floor plan and the large front porch. I got in here with a special so I can't complain about what I pay for rent but I think that for what they are asking for regular price, I could find something better in the same area. Oh yeah, there is a man who comes by the pool every so often and exposes himself to women. I have read reviews of other complexes in Altamonte and have seen the same thing. Maybe the same guy' Maitenance is okay but it seem like management is often looking for ways to be in your apartment. Many times they would give less than 24 hours notice when they planned on enetering also. For example, I got hopme from work very late one night to see a notice on my door saying that they were spraying for termites the very next morning. I was very tired and didn't feel like moving all of my furniture away from the wall. I was pretty upset as I am sure that they knew about this before that day.
