The worst problem with this place is the loud neighbors. You can complain to management, but they won't do anything. Every single building has at least 3 loud-music-lovers. You can't escape. Day or night, get use to the boom-boom. If you work for a living, you gonna need to sleep at some point. In here you won't be able to.

It's a shame, because it is so easy to solve. If management could follow up on complaints and be a little more proactive with the offenders... 90% of the time a simple letter is enough to make them lower their volume.
