We moved into the Los Altos Apartments 4 years ago and couldn?t be happier. These apartments are definately worth their money. The staff is always willing to go that extra mile to help. The maintenance staff shows up when promised and fixes things right the first time. Someone else mentioned the stairwells; they are wide and well lit. The only way to cut down on noise is to build apartments out of concrete with no windows. My only problem has been other inconsiderate people living in the complex. People who decide to blast their car stereos at 2:00 AM. This can happen anywhere you live whether it be a house or apartment. But a quick call to the resource officer quiets them down!! I?d HIGHLY recommend this complex to anyone. You?re close to all that Altamonte has to offer but the apartments are tucked away!
