My husband and I made a move from Maryland and he saw the apartment but first impressions aren't everything. I cried the first night here. The thundering of people going up the stairs is correct. Maintenance has been very good for the most part. Andy and his guys are really nice. Resources guy moved out so you have to call cops now. I had a bad refrigerator that would go below 45 degrees, stove door fell open and was coming apart, just had a dishwasher die and the A/C unit outside got replaced with a new one but it still bangs on and off sometimes real quick. Complex is dirty except for front part by main building, and gates work sometimes. lots of untaged cars, inconsiderate people with kids they leave unattended. Plenty of parking though and the main pool is nice. My apartment had holes in the wall that they did a terrible job fixing. Can't wait to leave in few months. Don't move here, you can find better
