office personnel have changed and not for the better...Jim and the mgr left and took all the niceness out of the office...never had a problem with maintenance...was timely and efficient...all my appliances worked fine...my problem was the lack of noise control in the middle of the night, even after police/resource officer was called...no problems with car thefts...gate worked sporatically...pool locked up at night, though people would jump the fence and use it anyways (easy to do)...watch your moveout...they are trying to charge me for money i have already paid them...
