This apartment complex is supposed to be luxurious.Ha Ha! I still live there and i have big rats on my patio.The office staff won't even do anything. I hope to get some big bosses involved in this.

I've lived here for about 3 months and haven't seen a single roach yet. Pest control is on the grounds every Thursday. There's no reason to have pest problems, much less rats on the patio. There are a lot of squirrels all around, maybe the renter got confused. I have seen a lot of patios filled with clutter, maybe this is what attracted the rats. The grounds are well cared for and clean. It's the tenants that are messy. People walk their dogs and don't pick up after them, then they turn around to complain about the areas being full of dog ---- and bad mouth management for not keeping the area clean. The community is nice, it's in a great area, and it's the only gated apartment complex that I've seen in Altamonte Springs. The area designated for garbage has a trash compactor and it is cleared out daily. They even pick up the big stuff like bikes and dressers, and TVs. I honestly don't know what more people expect.
