My sister and I moved into this dump in April of last year. Thank GOD the lease is up soon enough!!

This is the NOISIEST apartment complex in the world.
Whoever wrote that all you hear is little obnoxious orphaned children running around outside screaming obscenities is definitely a resident, because that is 100% true. The majority of the residents at Los Ghetto Apartments are disgusting, loud, rude, dirty individuals with no respect for anyone.
I lived on the second floor and it was a constant sandwich of earthquakes- from the guy upstairs with his loud tribal music that rattled the windows, to the ancient near-death couple downstairs who watched Jurassic Park every night with the volume so loud the floor felt like it had hydrolics...oh wait that could've been from the drag races/car shows out in the parking lot. This place is a disgusting hole. It was dirtier than any place I had ever seen. You'd have to be a Garbage Pail Kid to be able to live here without getting menengitis. There was black goo hanging from EVERY faucet in my apartment --ON MOVE IN DAY! Here are some of the highlighted amenities offered here:
BUGS, toilets that are already broken, clogged, or full of scuz, doors that either don't stay open or won't close, no lighting, NOISE NOISE NOISE, rude staff, gym with no working equipment, broken appliances upon move in (my stove had no handle), everything covered in mold, zero to little parking lot lighting (this neighborhood is terrifying once the sun goes down), holes in the porch screen, etc, etc, this list goes on and on. Also, as if this weren't enough, they are raising their rent prices. This is interesting considering there are projects in Brooklyn that I'd rather live in. If you're still thinking of living here...DON'T DO IT! You would be better off at a homeless shelter!
