I moved here a few months ago and have had nothing but problems. Snakes, the largest roaches I have EVER seen, ants. The apartment is falling apart, appliances are old and break. The manager lost my move-in list, conveniently and I had to call their corporate office to get them to fix SOME of the things, after I had to fill out a 2nd list. Ceiling is rotted and molding, carpet is stained with pet stains, tile is yellow and cigarette burns, cabinets warped and paint peeling. Outside lighting has been out since I moved in, so its dark at night and can't see to get to my front door (now that is SAFE!!). Dumpsters over-flowing with trash, nowhere to park, loud neighbors, kids running everywhere, staff is beyond RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. This is the ghetto!!! Need I go on'!
