I am currently living in this apartment. I would not recommend anyone to live here. I live by the park in the back of the complex which they never show you. I have had too many problems with insects, and bugs constantly having them to come and spray my apartment because they are living in the walls. The park stays dirty where the kids go play and eat and don't throw their trash away. In the morning, you can always depend on finding empty bags where people have come through and purchased weed or other drugs and just drop the remains. You can't even get to your car after a fresh bath without walking through an air of smoke because their is a pile of teenagers sitting at your steps blowing smoke everywhere. You can't even complain to the manager because she ignores you, or ask why you are whinning. Then they have the nerve to increase the rent, THEY CAN'T EVEN KEEP A STEADY STAFF!!! What else does that say about the management. Parking is horrible, and they have all types of hugh portable storages in the middle of what they consider to be the 2-way street. When you first look at the apartments, you think great, but after your first two-three days you realize you are living in a thrid world!

I agree 100%. I also live by the 'playground' which is frequented by a group of thugs. And those 'storage bins' rumored to be full of new 'air conditioners' have been sitting in the parking lot for a year!
