I am so surprised that corporate has not come down and fired the entire staff, starting with the manager. With the apartment shortage in the Central Florida area, places like this can get away with raising rent but now that the condo and housing market is starting to slow down, watch this place loose residents!

We've had these storage bins blocking the packing lot for a year. They JUST starting using a centralized trash collection system that was ready 3 months ago. There are at least 3 abandoned cars by the back mail center. They were tagged months ago by the Altamonte Police Department.

Save your money and find a place that cares about you!!
