We were completely excited to move here because it seemed a lot more upscale than what we were living in. From the beginning, we were promised so many things and we liked how it was gated and the apartments have alarms.

Well, after we moved in, we were told that we had not paid all the things we needed to move in. We paid all the deposits. But I guess they forgot to tell us about a few. So we argued until they told us to forget them. Then we were billed for them. Very poor communication.

We moved in in April and it is now September and still cannot get one thing fixed that we have been asking every Saturday to come fix. They always tell us you will have everything fixed within 48 hours. But it is 5 months later and still cannot get them to come. We go every single Saturday for the same problems.

The management just completely sux. The worst I have ever dealt with. Pat seems to have memory loss half the time you deal with her. It's horrible. I really had high hopes for this place. I do like the apartment itself, but we are moving as soon as the lease is up because we can't take being with such crappy managers. Everyone around us has moved out. Our building is completely empty. That's not a good sign.

And we are paying a hefty price for this place. You would think they would be more up on their helpfulness.
