I have been here for a year, and didn't have many problems. Lately, the people who they are renting to are...let's say...a little shady. I've heard of people telling others that they can get drugs if they wanted them. It wasn't like this when I first moved here.

The maintenance is terrible. I have called a few times and it took FOREVER to get someone into my apartment. Also had a problems with "pests" and needed pest control there immediately. They did nothing...will have to wait until pest control comes the following week. RIDICULOUS. Great service Los Altos.

I will be looking for somewhere else to live, breaking my lease, and getting the heck out of here! I AM DONE!
