I have lived here for a year and I enjoy it very much. It is usually very quiet, no riff raff hanging around, the staff is friendly and attentive and the apartments are a nice size for the price. Areas are usually clean and the neighbors mind their own business. I plan on renewing my lease this year. I feel fortunate to also have a policeman living on the premises in case something comes up. I would highly recommend it.

is very bad. management acts nice but they are all rude,i had no A/c for 2 months very very bad. people are always drinking and guys ages 40 to 70 years old are always topless walking around.and if you complain you get a letter about something stupid thanks god i don't live there anymore.
