I have been living here almost a year now and I think that the place is great!!! Located 15min from downtown Orlando and 5min from the Altamonte Mall and yet still nice and quiet and away from all the traffic of Altamonte Springs.

The only thing that I really miss is that there are no sidewalks in the complex so I have to walk out of it when I walk my dog but other than that - the big trees all over the place provide gread shadow during the hot summers and the architecture of the buildings is something I love.

I did have some issues with the apartment itself but the maintenance guys were pretty prompt to fix it.
