I've lived here for a year. The maintenace is good. They're usually pretty quick to fix things. The office staff is ver good. They acually care about the complex. Aside from all the kids running around and the fact that there is no central a/c (just two room a/c's) it's a great place for the money. The rent includes all utilities aside from telephone and cable.
