Thank goodness as a Brighthouse networks employee I was able to look up Remington Places's serviceability for digital service on my own. The manager of Remington Place, Zuleika, tells applicants that they have a commerical account with Brighthouse but they don't. Yet, they're charging $35 for cable they say is from Brighthouse. They wait until they have your money to "remind" you that residents cannot get digital service like RoadRunner or digital Phone.
Bottomline: If you're a brighthouse employee, do not move here. You will not be able to take advantage of your benefits.
