I liked the location, but there were a few problems. I wasn?t allowed to see my apartment before I moved in, and after I moved in, I could see why. Carpet was old and in bad shape. linoleum was not replaced as I was told it would be. After I complained it was replaced. The whole apartment smelled like dog. (from the old carpet I assume) Water from rain storms would come through the walls and mold would form there.



While most of my neighbors were quiet, the people on the other side of my bedroom were doing "something" at night. It sounded like someone throwing themselves at the wall. I assumed drug use.



When I moved in, there was an eviction notice on my door from the previous tenant. After moving in, I noticed that he left behind his marijuana pipe.



There were sometimes strange people hanging outside the laundry room or pool area, but I was never accosted.



To their credit though, they did give me my deposit back when I moved out.
