This place is so old and its falling apart. I would not want to be here when a hurricane comes because the roof always leaks and I would not be suprised at the buildings colapsing. There stairs always break and the wall up front took so long to get fixed. It fell during hurricane Charley then it took them till July of 2005 to fix it. Almost a year later. That tells me that the management company could care less about what the property looks like. Also the roofs have holes in them and tiles missing. Talk about Getto. The gate up front never works and the landscaping sucks. The hot tub looks like someone died in it the paint is so bad. There are never lights on around the pool, talk about a law suit if anything happens to anyone out there. There are pot holes everywhere when you drive in and around the property. Then they raise the rents thinking that these are luxury apartments. I am moving out to a luxury apartment community because they are worth paying the high rents.
