i lived at river oaks 2 yrs ago we have problem from the beging thay gave us the wrong address for mail forword (we are from out of state at this point)messed up are mail big time.now 2 yrs later they say we owe back rent and damages, not to they just now puting it on my almost perfect credit... tryed to talk to the mrg. but got a bunch of lies...... and that she was not there at this time so she has no control over things!nice huh we have never had this happen in are 15 yrs of renting!!! say away from this apt they will screw YOU years later watchOUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!my bill is for$ 2,858.00the apts are not worth this much to begin with!!!!!!!!!!!!

Again, grammatically challenged, it seems that the only ones who complain are the ones that should be spending their time on education rather than bitching...if your nasty expect to pay for it!
