The previous poster apparently never leaves his/her cozy apartment. River Oaks is a dump. Buildings are in desperate need of painting and stairwells are falling apart. Dumpsters and mailbox trashcan consistently overflow with garbage. Weeds and trash in the "landscaping". The front "security" gate hasn't worked since we moved in. Rent has jumped up each year, and no improvements are ever made. Management must be putting rent increases towards improving their other properties, because they're not fixing this one.
