I lived there for close to 2 years, was a decent place, close to shopping & restaurants, decent staff and maintenance crew. Place is only as good as the other residents that live there, and recent tenants are not cream of the crop. Tenants would trash the place, and would leave their garbage outside the dumpsters for the critters to get into. Kids would carry on like they didn't know what parental supervision was about. Tenants would smoke in the stairwells and would leave their cigarette butts all over the place. Yes, place needs more TLC in terms of mold and mildew and water leaks. I never had any problem with management. There's been some favoritism shown by previous managers but I think they recently cleaned house, so to speak. They water the lawn and grounds way too often (hence the mildew and mold issues).
