The new manager is a COLD, Heartless terminator. She doesnot care about tenants living here. If you complain about pests, rats, roaches, non-working airconditioner, etc. she tell you to 'deal with it'. She shifts blame and does not take responsibility of her actions. She's a Poor Manager. They got rid of the good managers and put a loser in. Do not come live at this place because you will truly regret it. Beware! The smiles are fake in this rental office! If someone say otherwise, it must be her relative....Beware!! The terminator is at riveroaks!!

I have been living here for a year now, and I have never had Roaches or rats EVER!! the previous persons rating stated that if you complain about these types of things, that they are not taken care of.....First of all, roaches and rats are attracted to filth! If you keep your apartment clean then you wont have a problem! And once my AC was not working and the new manager had maintinance attend to it immediately. I am not too sure who has those kinds of problems, but they must have been a nasty housekeeper. Second of all, the new manager is a sweet girl, who knows how to take care of business, in a very professional manner. The maintenance here is wonderful, not to mention the courtesy officer here is HOT HOT HOT!!!! I love living here!!

I have lived at River Oaks for three years and feel this is a great place to live. Look at all the improvements that are being made. I will live here another 3 years! The above person sounds like they have other issues.

Sounds like the person who wrote the original post might have been one of the "terminated" employees that were so great.

I to live in this community...although these are older apartment units they are all well kept by the management and maintence staff. I have NEVER had a problem with getting any type of maintenence assistance at any hour. Who ever the person was who posted this mean spirited remark is clearly a person who has issues. I would not judge this complex by that remark. As for the manager, she is very professional, honest and caring. I have had financial issues and she has been honest and helpful toward me and my family. I will be resigning my lease.
